I designed a compact drone flight controller for Algo BotiX, covering schematic capture, component selection, six-layer PCB layout, and manufacturing-file preparation in EasyEDA Pro. The 36 × 36 mm board features an STM32H743 processor, dual ICM-20948 IMUs, dual MS5611 barometers, two CAN FD interfaces, USB-C, microSD storage, analog OSD, and digital-video connectivity. It provides ten motor-control outputs and connections for GPS, telemetry, RC receivers, external sensors, LEDs, and debugging. The project involved BGA escape routing, double-sided component placement, power distribution, and connector integration within a compact footprint. Deliverables included editable design files, schematic PDFs, Gerbers, drill files, BOM, pick-and-place files, a STEP model, and an illustrated connector guide. Portfolio images show CAD visualizations of the completed board design.
