I am not your standard Database Administrator - I thrive on change, I am energized by wearing many hats, utilizing my full skillset and expanding it, creating complex solutions out of thin air, and becoming the resident expert in any new or temporarily useful technology. Small environments is where I shine brightest. My passion is process. End to end, customer input to executive reporting - I do it all.
