The utilities also include the process of transferring file attachments from database to a file system.
Responsibilities:

DART – Direct Marketing Automated Request Tool
The software system tracks all the job requests submitted by approximately 250 marketing managers to “Customer Marketing Capabilities”(CMC) division with about 200 users. The system maintains a user profile for each user and present different interface as per their role. Marketing manager submits the project requests that get triggered to relevant CMC Team Leader based on type of request, who in turn assigns to different team members. Using the details in request, team members work on Mainframe jobs and update the status in the notes based system. The system automatically generates time sheets for all team members with their running jobs already filled in. Multiple reports give important numbers to be presented to senior management.
Responsibilities:
· Study the processes and the existing low-featured software application.
· Standardized the processes to incorporate the controls in the form of serial and parallel workflows.
· Design the system with features like maintaining the log of each action performed and user can delegate his/her responsibility to act on his/her behalf.

The survey maintains the anonymity of users. The system is multilingual giving the interface in Thai as well as English language.
· E-Operations – TESCO LOTUS is a leading retail stores chain and has a number of documents, manuals, policy-procedure documents, training materials for specific roles/job functions, which needs to be made available to different employee, specific to their functional role, across their stores all over Thailand.
Some of the features of the E-operations are:
a. Web-based system is for sharing the organization’s Policies and Processes.

All the location servers replicates with HO to transfer and receive the selected data. Mail Client was a mix of Notes Client & iNotes with DOLS functionality.
Knowledge Net: It is an intranet site build to help the employees to access the company information, policies or raise a workflow from any location. The portal provides offline access to the members. Application run notes java agents also to do the processing at number of events.
The site aimed at building the on line community has the following components -
· Employee Details in terms of address, education, reporting hierarchy etc.
· Address Book Search and Site Search & Other entitlement balances.
· Organization tree depicting the reporting hierarchy for all employees in the organization.
· Schemes and Policies of the organization classified by division, department.
· News Track section for news in the organization as well as in the industry.
· Knowledge Management through a customized Document Library.
The portal automates the following organizational process workflows:
Leave, Travel Requisition for domestic and overseas travel , All Vouchers including claims for Medial, LTA, Conveyance, Fuel, Telephone and Field Expenses , Library Management System , Salary Advance, Purchase Order Approval , Conference Room Booking, Capital Expenditure Request.
The workflows are integrated with SAP R/3. The data transfer from lotus to SAP happens by batch process mode through tab-delimited files.

Document Management System
This intranet system manages all the documents that RBI Receives and Sends with the centralize data storage. The RBI follows a cycle for approval before generating a Reply for a bank. RBI also issues approved Circulars to all banks on regular Intervals. The document generated within the RBI gets stored and managed through Document Management.
Document Management System is based on Lotus Domino and Domino.Doc The Domino.Doc is configured and customized for respective sections of RBI and is utilized for storing, versioning, review & approval, managing, offline archival and retrieval of unstructured workflow documents. DMS application was also integrated with Oracle through ODBC for figures and percentages and through LEI activities for regular updates of Data in Oracle.
Responsibilities:
