Hi, my name is Wanto. I am a master's student at the University of Indonesia majoring in Industrial Engineering specialized in Design and Management System (DMS). I am currently focusing on using System Dynamics (SD) method for solving complex problems involving multi-actors and multi-aspects. Understanding of the whole system begins with the development of the conceptual system, mental models understanding and simulation of scenarios against various expected conditions. SD methods are expected to help decision makers to make a decision such as long-term policies. Previously I have worked (working while in college) for 6 years in 2 SME (Small and Medium Enterprise), in auto detailing and suppliers. At these companies, I got a lot of experiences and helped me to become a team player, coordinator, strategic marketer, problem solver and leader. Many skills were obtained such as being able to manage teams, monitor operations, enhance communication in internal and external, maintain company's relationship with customers, analyze business for expansion, administrative skills such as providing monthly report and annual report, analyzing and improving operational systems for efficiency, negotiations and adaptation in dynamic environment. In addition, I am happy in exploring Taekwondo which I have been doing for 11 years including 6 years as a coach where I trained athletes to participate in international championships.
