Back here after 2 years and 3 months working for only 2 clients - I am from UK, living now in Manila after 4 years in France - joined freelancer in May 2016 to find new clients - 11 years as in-house developer for a global yacht charter company, from 2005 until 2016 (PHP/MySQL/HTML/CSS/JS/JQuery) - 2 years as in-house developer for small enterprise writing project portfolio management web-app (PHP/AWS/MySQL/Yii) - designed/built/run my own games website/community for Yahtzee from 2006 until today (PHP/MySQL/HMTL/CSS/JS/AJAX/SEO/community management) - 2001-2004 taught IT-related skills to all-comers at an all-ages college in UK (teaching all levels of Access, Excel, Powerpoint, HTML, Word, File Management and Basic Algebra) - I have an entrepreneurial attitude and have developed several of my own projects over the years - I am completely self-taught and have managed to make a career out of finding solutions to, and solving problems

Entire web-project for arphilmodels.com. Graphics design is really my weakness, but here I was alone to do the whole project and put this together for the client, including a scrolling image loader at the top and photo gallery for their models. Today's website is a little different as we had to pull the photos off the air, unfortunately, so it's really just a standalone page now, sadly.

We used to be top of Google for every phrase. I built and ran the site more or less alone until the last year when I employed a community admin who helps me out every day and I have just last week employed an SEO team to see if they can push us back to the top of Google: I simply don't have time. Currently working on getting the site responsive and improved visuals....watch this space!

PHP and AJAX masters, plz. It's time to make history!
He went above and beyond what we had originally planned. He definitely over-delivered by adding in things here and there. He did what it took to get the site launched and to meet a very important launch date. And he was very patient when I nit picked in order to get it just right.. Not only 'would' I hire him again, we already have plans to continue working together on phase2 to further build out the site with many more features.

Very impressed - not only with the communication but fundamentally has a great coding ability and desire to please the client. Job was a bit tough and challenging in JS but I got what I wanted after a few other freelancers failed to deliver. Very happy to use again.

I built the site as a hobby site back in 2006 (on another domain) but it seems to have grown into quite a strong community over the years. I developed this alone, including the design, programming, SEO and even the the community management. I have had help with the community stuff during the last 2-3 years from part-time employees. The site is desperately in need of a graphical makeover and new interface; I am too busy currently working to do that though : (

I worked pretty almost exclusively as the only web developer for the company during the last 11 years. We started out with a bought template and then developed all of the tools for the staff system and front-end too. The system they use today operates the entire company, where automated sales processes are the keys to the success of the company. I also helped out with some small degree or SEO and a fair chunk of HTML/CSS/JS development too.

I set up a very basic CMS for my domestic assistant to help me build websites as an alternative sideline income. Work includes content writing, SEO, link-building, graphics design, responsive design, all coding in HTML/CSS/Javascript/PHP/MySQL. She handles all the admin work. I have written some of the content and outsourced some for our last two projects. The websites are not beautiful, but they all achieved what we set out to do with a minimal budget and they rank very well in Google too!
