I have a 3D model of a mountain with ski resort made in ArchiCAD. There are ski lifts, ski trails and simple models of houses and a hotel. We are a real estate developer planning a business center (office and warehouse, total about 2500 sqm) close to a regional airport in Norway. We already have an Archicad (3D) drawing with some details, including an outline for the outdoor area close to the building. We need a 20sec Animation, based on a .3ds house architecture model that we will deliver (it is originally from archicad, so if that works better we can also provide this). The materials of the house model will need to be updated and we need a landscape (scandinavian style, rocks, woods, sea, fjord, sun).
