I want to develop a app that allows you to go live on instagram ,twitter, facebook , youtube, periscope at the same time. there are app out there like freedocast but it does not include instagram. prefer cross platform.

i need someone to show me how to rebroadcast an rtmp stream that already exists to jtv or ustream, or some other streaming site like that. here is an example rtmp stream: rtmp:// i need to be able to broadcast an rtmp stream like that into sites like jtv and ustream. i don't know how this would be done, if you would need to create a virtual webcam that takes rtmp streams, i'm not sure. the winning bidder will be the one who can do the job for the cheapest price.
I have a website similar to with Jwplayer. I have dedicated servers with FMS 3.5 installed to handle live streams. I am looking for an expert who can configure my servers to provide the best results to broadcasters and end users. currently i am using default ways to allow streaming to registered broadcasters. for example broadcasters broadcast using Flash Media Encoder with url like rtmp://server-ip/live and some stream name. the default settings are causing high load on CPU and very bad performance by server. i want some with experience in similar field who can configure FMS and other things that will improve site performance.
