I know that the WordPress plugin rafflepress allows email lists to be transferred to their limited choice of email marketing systems, Zapier, or an HTML web form. Unfortunately, I need the email list sent to MailPoet. I don't know if the MailPoet API allows for an HTML web form or someone can make this integration some other way.
