Hello, My house plan is two floors, as my land is two levels. The entry is on the top floor, and will descent to the Bedrooms floor instead of going up. It is all-around with the balconies about 320 Sqm. It have to designed with a Modern perspective (Woods, materials, glass, stones, colors,..)
