I need a 3DS/ACS system for card acquiring and issuing. We can start with Issuing ACS first and then move onto 3DS, or vice versa.. I need someone who worked and very well versed with Flow. You must be able to integrate APIs and give me the right quote and answers. Flow is a google chrome extension that allows the user to search any item they want to buy and it searches multiple websites at the same time to see which one is selling it for the cheapest price. You can then buy the item through the website or through the extension directly. I have the User Interface built I just need the store api's and the backend of the extension to be made and linked to the extension.
