I am looking for a woman who is either an experienced coach/yoga teacher/psychologist, with a grounded, nice and positive energy, (if possible with knowledge in mindfulness or any yoga practices). Your task will be to create 10-15 attractive short videos of 5 to 10 minutes about stress management exercices (eg., mindfulness, breathwork) for my clients (I work as a psychologist) in English and/or French and/or German (mothertongue) for my online course. I will give instructions for the content of the videos, but feel free to suggest your ideas too. My intention is that the exercices are safe, and for security, grounding, and calming stress and anxiety.
