Re-design of 3-d semi technical drawings

This is a sample of what we require. The top drawing (with the big green lawn?) is our "old style" drawing.
This drawing is re-designed in the white and grey contemporary building below.
The technical details with the pointers remain the same content but are obviously also nicely integrated in the new design.

This is another drawing which we need to re-design in a similar re-design style to the sample (attachment 1- sample old an new [login to view URL])
You are free to use ANY similar contemporary building/setting (can be any of your drawings) as long as the technical point will be prevailing and easily come across to the visitor of the website where the images are used.
Please advise if you can accept this job and what you will charge.
