Add httpmodule to site - ASP.net

I have a site running on webmatrix, ASP.net. I am trying to use this method to encrypt my URL parameters: [url removed, login to view]

The encryption and decryption functions are working properly, but the class is supposed to auto decrypt and that is not working. Here is an example:

[url removed, login to view]

decrypted it loos like this: loanid=39&success=yes

I should be able call Request["loanid"]; but instead I have to do:

var enc = Request["enc"];

var dec = [url removed, login to view](enc);

I think this is a simple change in the [url removed, login to view] file but I'm not sure. I need to get the auto decrypt feature working properly.
