iPhone App with Instructional Videos

I am looking for an iPhone development team (preferably with developers, programmers, and graphic designers to help me create my iPhone App Idea.
The App I would like to create has 18 instructional videos each about 10 minutes in duration.
The instructional videos will be sorted into 10 different categories.
I have already drawn up the Apps Layout, Features & Buttons. But I would like a designer to create some background design etc. I would also like some assistance on the Apps Icon design.
Some of the features within the App are:
- Social Media Integration (Facebook)
- In App Store (To purchase upgrades etc.)
- Video Options/Features (add music, turn music off, instructional voice only, music only, pause button, choose a background, select duration 5min-15min-30min)

Please only reply if your team has a minimum of 300 hours of work complete, 4-5 star rating, very good English speaking skills, quick and efficient schedules, accept fixed payment only or sequential payments once certain features are complete (I don't pay hourly).

- A quote, examples of your work (iPhone Apps). And an estimation for how long you think it would take you in general to complete such an App.
