C Code Modification for Raspberry Pi Compatibility

Adjust an open source project so it works on ARM.
I am looking for an experienced C programmer who can modify some C software (open source, on github - [login to view URL]) to make it compile for Raspberry Pi. The modifications needed include:
1. Updating Library Dependencies:
Your task will include updating necessary library dependencies.
2. Adjust Hardware-Specific Code:
Some parts of the code will need to be adjusted in order to work with Raspberry Pi's /ARM.
3. Fix Compatibility Issues:
Tune up the code to address any compatibility issues that might arise during the Raspberry Pi compilation.
A successful application should showcase your previous experience especially in handling similar projects. Evidence of past work will be highly regarded but is not a necessity if you can comprehensive demonstrate your experience in this field.
The project is complete when you can demonstrate TurboFEC compiling and then running on a Raspberry Pi 4. Very happy for you to release the finished work back into the open source community as well afterwards, and take public credit for your work.
