Simple Microcontroller Project

In search of someone that can program a simple script for a cheap microcontroller hopefully for the attiny85 or something similar in price and size. Project example below.
So we'll have two pins
Pin A and Pin B
Pin A will be pulled high, pin B will be pulled low. At the press of a button pin A should switch to low, and pin B should be pulled high. Press the button again and pin A will be pulled high, and pin B will be pulled low and so on. This is a simple project however I have very little experience in programming microcontrollers. The chip would need to be compatible and programmable with the Arduino IDE.
