I need someone who has mastered css and can turn PSD's into entire webpages using nearly nothing but photoshop and css. I need someone whos reliable, works hard, and works FAST.
I am constantly in need of someone like this and I'm looking to form a long term relationship.
I have a very small job I need finished as early as tonight.
