Website population - Word document to CMS

We have a 97 page word document that needs to be populated into a website using the Silver Stripe CMS.
The website site is set-up and ready to go, and the word document contains copy, some images and lots of tables.
We need this work to start right away and to be complete over the next 2 days. We will work along side the chosen provider so communication on Skype is essential.
We would imagine that this is 12-15 hours work.
Full payment will be placed in milestone at the start of the project and released on completion.
