My need: A LabView program that can communicate and control a software in the computer. The software is called "OMNIC", which is a software we use to collect infrared spectra using our FTIR spectrometer. That is a generic software that comes with the instrument. We would like to create an autonomous data-collection workflow such that the OMNIC can collect data one-by-one back-to-back itself.
