-E-Commerce upstart with more work than time seeking an individual that can work independently with little direction to accomplish administrative tasks examples include:
* creating workflow documentation for tasks
*responding via email to vendors/vendor requests of general information (once VA has taken communication to the point of making an order then it will be passed over to owner)
*VA will NOT in any circumstance make wholesale/ or any other orders
*researching new vendor relationships and opening communication
*Must be proficient in reading Keepa Graphs (test will be conducted with multiple product scenarios)
*must know how to use Tactical Arbitrage & Wholesale Inspector
*communicating with existing vendors as needed with owners consent
*a successful candidate will be proficient in use of spreadsheets (excel/google sheets), organized, and able to independently research and implement solutions to unique problems. initial workload is expected to be 10 hours a week for the first 2 weeks- 1 month. Depending on how successful the VA is I will raise the amount of until 40 hours are reached.
*Pay based on experience with many opportunities for growth
*May be asked to complete other tasks not listed as needed
* Expect to have opened communicated with min of 100 vendors in one 10 hour shift. Shifts may also be split into two consecutive days if needed. Please have Monday-Friday availability/ 40 hours.
* Email 10 vendors an hour should take less than 10 min to simply email/fill out a form to open communication. Rest of the time should be used to create workflow as well begin looking for profitable products.
*Must create workflow spreadsheets for vendor communications and separate worksheet for potential profitable products.
*Filing other paperwork as needed
