Game Developer for a PC Game

Hello there,
My name is Sean Collier, based in New Zealand, and I am looking for a person (or people) that can do programming for game development (either online or in person). I have basic knowledge and game art skills. I will specifically be looking for programming for a 2D PC game.
The game is based upon the korean music industry (KPop) and will require functions such as hiring/auditions for the idols, idol happiness and energy meters, upgrading the hq, idol appearance randomization, ability to customize clothing on the idols, basic music/album/music video creation.
