Conversion of an Indesign document into A4 formatted word document

We have two Indesign (PDF) documents that were created by a graphic designer. We need these two documents converted into a formatted word document.
The word document must match the PDFs exactly inclusive of colours, text, font, clarity and must be formatted for A4 printing.
The original documents were created in Adobe Indesign CS6 so you must be able to use this programme
Please note there are three files in the attached zip folder we only need two we do not need the Erilyan_Long_no copy converted.
The original indesign and PDF files and fonts are also in the zip file
