Need excellent graphic designer for ongoing part time work HOURLY work

I have a graphic design business and need to add a new part time designer to my team.
I am looking for top designers only so you must meet the following criteria
Excellent design skills with a portfolio
Excellent communication and availability
Available during some USA hours (but I am not from USA)
Willing to work hourly using the freelancer timer app ***
Must be very talented with logo design, business card, and brochures
If you are good with Photoshop editing its a plus (please mention this if you are)
If you are also a web designer, that is also a bonus (please mention this)
I am looking to build long term relationships and I give bonuses at the end of a project if the client was very happy with your work!
