Community manager / admin for our Spanish Facebook group

We have a facebook page for our app which has 18 million downloads . Now we want to build separate communities for separate languages and we need someone to help with our Spanish group. Responsibilities include :
1) Posting 4-5 posts in Our Spanish Page
2) Interacting with the users and getting back to us with the suggestions
The goal is to have a great community of users who will be helping each other out
