We are a small publishing company that specialise in recording lectures and presentations from conferences, seminars and symposiums. The material we record is then tidied up and made available to subscribers who can review the material at their leisure.
Considerable effort has been put into creating the library, which currently has about 4,000 presentations but there has not been an equal effort put into marketing our services.
At this time, we would like to have a marketing plan prepared by a marketing expert who would be able to provide a detailed plan that we can implement. Ideally the plan would include specifics that will allow us to develop a budget to carry out the implementation.
