Existing Android App Needs Upgrade

I have an existing app which requires an upgrade.
The application is in Google Play - Call Actions
The following are the services required for the app. so please quote accordingly.
I need the following functions added to the paid version.
1- Block number : if a call comes through and the user wants to block it, there needs to be a button with block icon which will take the user to Android call block screen
2 -Location of call on map: If a call comes through, the app should be able to pick up the location of the call..have u done this type of work before?
3- Share screen : when a user calls they should be able to share their screen to another user with Call action App.
4 - Ability report collection of number calls weekly...the user should be able to tick and select phone numbers so they can say how many mins for those numbers they have been on call for tax reporting purposes. Eg: a consultant call a client numbers throughout the year, he should be able to report and tell the tax office [login to view URL] mins he was doing work by reporting the total mins spend on that client number : weekly, monthly, yearly
5- When a call is active, there needs to be a screen that
Pops up for that contact enabling the user to create tasks. On the other hand if tasks are active for a contact, during the next call the screen should popup under the app so the user can go through the tasks and tick off 1 by 1.
6- the user should have the ability to record a call while he is on it by Pressing an icon on the app.
Regression testing of existing functionality is a must
