I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. I need two Android apps. Please budget is $100 and no more. If you already have pre-built solutions, I don't mind. Please only serious freelancers.
Loan App!
1. Login only with facebook.
2. There is dashboard, profile page, FAQ, terms and conditions, privacy, about us and how it works
3. Request loans up to 30000 naira only for now. And maximum is 30 days at 1% daily. So the app will have a countdown and 1% is added daily
4. After making request for loan, user must add a guarantor. The guarantor must be users friend on facebook. User will fill a guarantor form too.
5. Admin should see all user profiles and loan status and also guarantor, and be able to send welcome mail, reminder mail, warning mail and any other type of mail.
6. The user phone number must be verified at the point of registration also and user location also verified.
7. The app should recognize only one phone per user so if user deletes app and reinstalls it must be for the same user. So it's like one phone, one user account.
8. Loan repayment is two fold. Either bank transfer or user will set up ATM cards
The second app!
1. Login with phone number and pin.
2. At registration, phone number is verified. And pin is setup
3. Friend requests are called 'holla' and each holla that is accepted expires at midnight each day
4. There is a section of the app meant only for premium members. You must be 18 to continue. That section is open to users only after payment. It has items for sale, forum, private messaging and hookups
5. In the free section, users can select the type of blog category they want to read. So from several categories, there are check boxes to select blog categories and user will see only these categories in their news feed.
6. Members can upload photos, and write stories for submission and gossips.
