We need a taxi app similar to uber, we are looking for a talented programmer that can help in building all the modules for this project, good levels of cordova , angular as well as google maps.

Please provide an initial quote based on the general public knowledge of how uber works, we can start from there. Both apps (rider and driver) as well as the backend should be considered.
