**Search Engine Listing/ Web Marketing**

I need someone to do search engine listing and online marketing for a company that operates two web sites:

They need search engine listing primarily and the key to this job is to have them listed on the top 4 places for most of the search engines below, but especially google and yahoo. See attached zip.

Search engines include:

They wish to push/ market their:

1. boxing and pad classes and

2. boxing equipment.

So for number 1 they want to direct searches for "boxing", "boxing classes", "boxercise" , "punch classes", "thump classes" to their [[url removed, login to view]][5] site.

For number 2 they want to direct searches for "boxing equipment", "boxing gloves", "Boxing bags", "Boxing pads", "Punch equipment", to [[url removed, login to view]][1]

Will also consider other marketing advice as a RAC enhancement after this job is complete.

Coder will not be paid until the client comes up in the search engines for relevant searches. Coder needs to advise on longevity of the listing, i.e. will the client stay in the list and for how long or does this have to be maintained by further coding/ tweaking of search engine submissions?

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
