136029 Fix this pls... php rating

hi guys

got a site [url removed, login to view]

when users signup there and choose a celebrity from the dropdown, I still under moderation see a default image of NO PICTURE ..

So fix required is.. keep what user chose and have it saved as intended, as this not happening has made thousands of images just totally useless as some lookalikes are hard to see who they look like :)
