Customize Wordpress Theme for a personal blog

Time-Frame: Would like to see something new by the 1st of February.
Please read the following carefully and remember I cannot afford anything over $150. It’s a personal site so I won’t be making any money out of this. I can also offer to add your banner to the site on the main page.
Specifics:
I have a headway which is premium WordPress theme offering drag and drop layout editing, easy design customization so you would be building it the blog on it.
This is strictly development so you don’t have to do any design work.
• RSS feed set up in the navigation
• Most recent blog posts on the main page (2 columns)
o 2nd column will have: recent posts, tag cloud, recent comments, blogroll, categories, how many people online
• About me page
• Archive page (based on month & year showing posts)
• Gallery page – set up a gallery plugin
• Events page – I have this [login to view URL] but I’m open to another calendar plug in
• Contact page with contact form
• Shows page (in this page I want the posts that I tag as “shows” to be archived here)
o I also would like you to tell me how you did that so if in the future I need to do it for something else, I can just set up a page myself)
Please post sites with your portfolio pieces that I can look at.

For the posts - adding sharing social networks like twitter, facebook LIKE, disqus comments that is threaded and shows how many times that post has been retweeted on twitter. Comments from facebook to also show up as well.
