Need now : Server Admin familiar with WHM/Apache/PHP configs

Hello,

I need an individual ( not company ) to handle a server bug i'm having lately.

This week i re-installed Apache/PHP and configured both Apache/PHP/Mysql to run well with my Magento website. I edited [url removed, login to view] , [url removed, login to view] , [url removed, login to view] & i'm using Suexec & FastCGI handler and eAcceleratorfor for best performance so if you intend to rebuild Apache we need some conf backups.

Problem i had before and after this :

When i run a website availability check here : [url removed, login to view] my Apache crashes ( httpd stops ) in few seconds if i have 'PHP 5 Handler' ( suphp ) and times out if i have set 'PHP 5 Handler' to dso.

Basically if someone runs a simple check there , my website is down :)

I disabled mod_security from [url removed, login to view] but no changes, raised some memory limits from PHP and server but nothing seem to work.

Please help :)
