Shopping Cart & design template installation

We already have website but we want to move to a new shopping cart interface where we will host it ourself.

Currently we are using Prostores services for shopping cart and hosting. But it has a lot of limitations and technical problems. So we will do our own hosting and shopping cart.

I believe we can use and install Magento shopping cart to our hosting and then develop it.

Why we need to move from Prostores services? Major problems,

1- PayPal Payment problem. When customer checkout using PayPal payment option and if customer has more than 100 lines of items in their shopping cart somehow prostores shopping cart will send only first 99 lines of items list to paypal system. So if customer has 120 lines of items on their invoice PayPal will charge them only for first 99 lines of items so their payment will never received complete. This is very big problem. So before we start this project first we must make sure this problem is not exist in Magento shopping cart also.

2- We are selling electronic parts and some of our items are very cheap, even cheaper than 1 cent. Now in prostores system you can list an item price for less than $0.01 because their system don’t allow fractions. We also have to make sure Magento allows this. I know OScommerce allow this so I assume Magento should allow fractions also. But when these shopping cart allow fractions then it will show prices like this, $0.010 so there is a coding to remove that last zero from end to not look funny.

3- Shopping cart must have automatic google base/shopping submission. This is very very important for us. Once everyweek prostore system automatically submit our product list to google base/shopping. I hope Magento can do this also.

4- We have to have custom database for item details. We should be able to add 20 custom fields in to item database.

5- Shopping cart must have, products , orders, customers, discount rates excel export-import option.

First we will develep this new website on temporary server and once it is complete we will move it to real site.

One important thing, you must be a skilled programmer that you should be able to keep our old website links in the server so we don't lose any external links from other websites.

We need this website to be done quickly. Please bid only if you are available to do it now.

We can pay small amount in advance but bigger portion of payment WILL ONLY DONE WHEN PROJECT IS COMPLETED.
