Magento site adjustment programming

Project details, This is URGENT project so please bid only if you are available now. We have a new Magento site with some coding is already done on it. Website [login to view URL]~alex/[login to view URL] IMPORTANT: We had programmer to do code for our website to show 3, 4 decimal prices for products. It is already finished so whatever you do for this project objectives please make sure to not overwrite on this coding. 1- We are on VPS server and we know that this website can run much faster but we don't know which settings to adjust. You need to make sure you can make this site run faster. 2- Installing "GoMage ProCart" [login to view URL] in to our site. This is very nice extension, when people click on add to cart button they don't go to top of page. We will buy this extension and you will install it for us. It has a very easy installation process. Takes only few minutes. PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS EXTENTION WILL NOT CAUSE ANY DAMAGE OF decimal pricing code. 3- Automated Google base submission setup. You need to setup the system to submit file to google base system. It should have daily, weekly and monthly submission option. 4- Product category display edit, please see the attachment excel file for template we want for products to display under category. There you will see "CUSTOM-INFO1 , 2 ,3 etc. “ these exist in product database already. 5- We want to make a database for Tier Pricing schemes so we don't have to enter tier pricings for every each single product. Because there will be many products sharing same Tier Pricing types. For example we want to input database Tier Pricing types first, Tier Pricing Type A quantity 5 5% discount quantity 10 7% discount quantity 15 10% discount Tier Pricing Type B quantity 10 6% dicount quantity 50 8% discount quantity 100 10% discount So when we upload a new product or when we modify product details, there should be column for to select Tier_Pricing_Type, then we either put value A or B or C etc. to apply tier pricing types saved in the system. 6- Left nevigation panel, -We want category names to get higlighted or underlined when mouse over. -We want 2nd level and 3rd level categories to have orange arrow next to them if they are having sublevel categories. If they don't have subcategories they shouldn't have arrows next to them. They should get highlighted or underlined when mouse over as well. 7- To adjust, have more data in export orders excel files in magento admin panel. If you can complete these tasks quickly without any problem, you will be our permanent web programmer. Thanks.
