-Develop a logo or trademark, complimentary color scheme, and style elements for existing website (such as backgrounds or navigation fonts and navigation layout or look).

-Provide 3 or more mock-ups for initial review.

-Fully develop details of the chosen design (fine tune design elements, incorporate feedback / refinements).

-Artistic flare and good taste required.

-Well established large business

-Professional

-High trust

-Secure website

-Authority

-Conservative and Calm, (not flashy or annoying)

-We would like to build around the following colors: 006699, eeeeee, 8c9aa4, 333333, ffffff, ffff99, ffffcc, ff0000

--Our goal is not to re-build our website but instead to artistically enhance its presentation, (we like our current layout and navigation but would like to enhance its presentation)??"

This is an artistic design project only. You will have access to our existing pages below, and are welcome to download and alter the HTML and CSS for you delivery. We do not require that you use HTML or CSS but rather that you provide us with some form of representation (such as an image). Acceptable delivery would be an image or file we could view using Photoshop or a web browser. We are simply looking for artistic ideas.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
