You'll be responsible to provide advanced to expert level technical and application development support in the following areas:
Provide programmed Windows and web-based business applications, using Microsoft .NET platform technologies, SQL Server (2005/2008), and C#. Therein, provide initial specifications and delivery documentation for software design and code modules. Perform/provide related maintenance, repair, and ongoing application support.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Advanced to expert level understanding of the overall object oriented .NET programming design model (security, presentation options, business components, data access);
* Expert level proficiency with SQL; advanced to expert level experience working with SQL Server 2005/2008 and MS Reporting Services;
* Advanced to expert level knowledge of database design and file management techniques;
* Refined project management skills and advanced experience utilizing standard development application modeling techniques (UML, DFD);
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load in a fast-paced, detail and deadline oriented environment;
* Refined communication (verbal and written) and listening skills;
* Refined analytical and problem solving skills;
* Refined work ethic, attention to detail, and heightened sensitivity to service responsiveness;
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio);
* C# .NET Developement ( security, presentation options, business components, data access); SQL Server 2005 / 2008, MS Reporting Services; database design and file management techniques, UML, DFD modeling techniques;
* Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (preferably with a MIS, Information Systems or similar degree plan) plus 8+ years of lifecycle programming experience in a development project team environment involving relational database design (SQL) and web application development tools (.NET and C#).
