Fix Magento 2 plugin

Hello,
We are developing a Magento 2 shop and we added a plugin which basically show a popup when you enter the website. It's a multi country website then if you go to the incorrect shop (ex. if you are in USA, and you go into the french website), it shows a popup you notifying you can go to the correct store. The popup shows the message in the language which the user are coming (ex. you are in France and go into the Germany website, you will see the popup in web french).
The plugin is basically finished but it sometime fails (not showing). The problem we think it's related with secure url's, cache or cookies.
We need somebody with experience to check the plugin and make it works.
The final result:
- Plugin fully working always, with cache enabled and all the website running.
