I need a blockchain system that will primarily record key information about the citizenry of my new and unrecognized country. The system should be highly secure and allow for easy modification of its data structure and content.
Requirements:
- The system should primarily focus on recording citizenry information, including basic details such as full name, birth date, citizenship ID, other relevant IDs (including if they hold foreign citizenships), income, bank details, and employment information.
- It should be built on a blockchain architecture that ensures the security and integrity of the data.
- It should be highly modifiable, with the ability to add new fields for additional information, update existing citizen information, and modify the data structure as required. This ability to modify should be restricted only to me and selected individuals.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in blockchain technology and its application in record-keeping systems.
