Modify an android app

I have an existing android app and would like to make modifications to it. Attached is the list of modifications (refer to attachment file 1. Modifications to Report on the Go). Some modifications are explained with a picture (refer to attachment folder 3. Help Pictures). The app is a simple 4 page app that allows you to output a report.
App Description (refer to attachment folder "2. App Description Pages"
Main Page: This is where you select to go to other pages (Report Page, Archive Page or Settings Page)
Report Page: This is the page where you enter the fields to output a report. You can either save, generate pdf or send the report directly to an email.
Settings Page: Few settings are available, not much going on here
Archive Page: This is where all the reports are archived to be accessed later
App files will be shared once project awarded.
