Moodle Accordion Course Menu

Create a Moodle Accordion Course Menu for Moodle 2 & 3. The Accordion Course Menu should display the courses and (sub)categories in a collapsible list.
Please watch this video: [login to view URL] to see a previous version of the menu in action, for Moodle 1.9 ([login to view URL]). The 1.9 version is a hack and cannot be reused for our purposes.
We believe the new accordion version is best implemented as a block, but we're open to suggestions.
Possibly usable jquery plugin: [login to view URL] (see [login to view URL] for a demo). Please use jquery only (not YUI).
Additional requirements: the code must adhere to the Moodle coding guide lines (see [login to view URL]). Use the local plugin codechecker ([login to view URL]) to check this.
Please show us some sample code of a previous project. Or point us to a github repo to which you have contributed. The idea here is for us to get an idea of the quality of your code.
P.S.: We think a reasonable price for this project would be in the range of $250 - $350. This is based on the assumption that you have worked with Moodle before and don't need massive amounts of time to familiarize yourself with Moodle.
