It’s a simple booking script to record down customer booking with auto generate Booking ID and Dashboard viewing and summary booking and individual date booking.
Fields / mysql db
1. Auto generate Booking ID –Starts 10001
2. Customer Name
3. Phone No.
4. Email
5. Room Type – drop box to select (Family Room, Deluxe Room, Twin Sharing Room) – we can add more in future
6. Calendar Date From
7. Calendar Date To
8. Remarks
Data Key in
User receive a Booking, he/she will select the date from and date to, key in customers particular as above, then save, a Booking No. will provide for him to tell the customer.
Dashboard
1. Showing Monthly, Weekly or Daily booking records, user can select specific date to view booked customers details
2. Showing Today’s booking.
3. Showing All booking list ( Selectable - All, Current to Future date, Month )
Admin
1. Admin can block specific date not allow for booking, so user cannot do booking for those blocking date.
2. Admin can block the Room Type (Item 5) if that specific Room Type not available.
