3D Building via CityGML for a Python/Django-Tool

Hello,
I need a sub-tool in Python/Django for my online tool. It involves the 3D representation of buildings using CityGML and the calculation of individual building surfaces.
- High-quality visualization of 3D models
- Integration with a thermal simulation software with Python/Django
- A user-friendly interface that is intuitive and easy to navigate
The resulting building surfaces will then be used for thermal simulation and other calculations. The 3D capture and calculation need to be integrated into the existing simulation (Simulation = CityGML compatible). Furthermore, a distinction must be made between general surfaces and thermally relevant surfaces. Additionally, the data must be prepared for CityGML.
Later in the tool itself, the building should be represented in 3D based on address input (automatic address recognition) and be freely movable. Windows should be automatically added and displayed in the CityGML model and should be adjustable within the tool. Subsequently, the obtained surfaces should be processed in the tool. Relevant surfaces will be defined through various selection options.
In addition to 3D capture, there are other adjustments in the tool.
Ideal candidates should have experience in 3D modeling, CityGML, Python, Django, and thermal simulation software. A strong understanding of energy efficiency and HVAC systems could prove beneficial.
