I am a business and management consultant who has more than 30 years experience in helping various organizations in improving their own businesses. Based on those experiences, I want to write a book on Organizational Performance. The book consists of 3 (three) parts.
1st part is dealing with the evolution of management in handling organizational performance, including the the context, the theories, and their dynamics (both success and failures).
2nd part is dealing with the new concept, which is called as organizational performance transform.
And, the 3rd part is dealing with tools in implementing the new concept.
I need assistance to complete the first part.
