High commission (50%) phone sales for social marketing company.

We are a social marketing startup, leveraging the power of social networks to get our clients out in front of their potential customers with regular, effective posting and productive social network engagements. Our primary client base is real estate agents and insurance agents. The service has been easy to sell so far as it helps sales people promote their business and gain new clients -which they are usually very interested in. We need to grow our sales force to focus on phone sales.

We will provide you with a list of leads and training about our service/product. You will call the potential clients to see if they would be interested in our service. If very interested, you will want to walk the client through the secure web-registration process over the phone. You will be using a CRM system to track your progress. We will provide each sales person with a unique 'promotional code' that will both discount the service for the client and also track the sale, giving credit to the successful sales person. The sales agent will be expected to manage their own communication and connectivity needs to perform the required tasks of the job. The product we are selling is a high-value, low-cost service with very high sales/success rates. The starting commission is a flat rate of $30 per successful conversion with opportunity for higher commissions based on efficiency and success rate.

We need people who are personable, with good phone skills. Easily understood and persuasive. Familiar with U.S. diction and pronunciation. Our main focus group will be other sales professionals, so we need people who have the experience and confidence to communicate the value of our service in a way they can relate to in a short amount of time.
