Develop responsive web page using Elementor for WP

Please develop the web page that is designed in the linked PSD as:
- a responsive page with 3 breakpoints for desktop, tablet and mobile
- DO NOT include the header or footer navigation (not needed)
- modify the banner at the bottom ("let's find the perfect home together") so that it is more visible that a couple is being handed the key to the house
- using Elementor (in WordPress)
- everything must be editable using Elementor
- the middle section that is in the style of a game of life should be developed as an Elementor Hotspot where the content is revealed when clicking the icon assigned to each step
- The developed content must be provided as a JSON Elementor import file
