Wordpress expert needed - checkout error after woocommerce update 2.6 to 3.6

So my site was running woocommerce 2.6 and checkout stopped working for some reason a few days ago and we were getting this 'Error processing checkout. Please try again.'
So I updated all plugins including woocommerce, theme is Con verio 1.35 latest version updated, checked and debugged everything I could find and I still have this same message/issue at checkout.
The rest of the site seems to be working . I have attached summary error log and woocommerce status report.
Also, as soon as its fixed I want to add Paypal standard as a payment options as well as paypal pro (at the moment it is credit card only in checkout) , so I want to add the 'pay with paypal' option too.
I need a wordpres specialist who can fix this fast.
