We are a small ISP and telecommunications company. We are looking for someone to help us setup Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online for our needs. We need this setup to handle leads from a variety of sources such as, website forms (we have selected PowerPack Webforms for this, unless there is something better), lead generation companies (such as 360Connect and Buyerzone, most of them just do an HTTP Post I believe) and manual entry. We need to setup some workflows to automatically send out an email when a lead is received to that lead based on the lead source. If it is a manual entry, we don't need an automatic email to go out. We are looking to implement a portal similar examples like vendorseek dot com or buyerzone dot com a refererral quote system where buyers request for a quote and the quote is then sold to 4 different suppliers or vendors the suppliers can register to receivew the quote requested by the buyer we need to have a billing system at the backend based on the category of the lead the vendor chooses to buy and deduct their credit card for those leads recieved monthly as well a system that matches the quote request by the buyer to 4 different vendors and then the vendors should have their own crm system that we have already developed in PHP and MYSQL that they can follow up with the lead guys.
