Must have good communication and have experience with complex fixes, when a task is assigned it needs to be resolved and whatever else is found quickly. Bugs mean the site is down or not working and dont have time for excuses or inexperience. This is a long term position as once you get use to the sites (about 12) the issues tend to be the same.
