We currently use Perlbill for all our billing / support needs. You must have previous experience working with perl etc. We are currently having a few minor issues which need to be investigated and rectified :- 1. It generates the invoices on the correct date and with the correct price, but often the description on the invoice is not the correct one. We are currently running PerlBill and have used rentacoder and other developers to customize the system for out company. This includes automated pdf invoice generation etc. There are currently a few minor problems with the support side of the system. The main one being when we update a customers support request they do not recieve an email advising of an update.
