One of my external hard drives have stopped working properly, I have managed to back up some things on another hard drive but i really need help organising where my plugins and files live etc.. I have just recently invested in 2 External SSD's and would like everything to be backed up and organised. I am trying to resolve duplicate contacts and groups naming issues that are auto appearing on my iCloud account. I have tidied...appearing on my iCloud account. I have tidied up the names via the iCloud contacts online interface. This tidied up / synced the groups on my devices. I then ran a merge multiple contacts on my Mac. The Mac contacts looks fine but the online version now has a different number of contacts compared to my Mac plus half of the group names changed from : Friends to ''Friends'' in speech marks, see attached screen grab with and without speech marks.
